Shoulder overhead range - you need it!

This video is a little reminder of how important it is to have full range of motion overhead in your shoulders - studies have shown that if you lack this range, it has an effect on your shoulder mechanics in other ranges (often the most problematic ranges).

Neck pain - three quick tips
