Stack St Physio is here to provide quality physiotherapy services for all - you don't have to be an athlete or even an amateur to see us. The best physiotherapists are those who can listen to your story, figure out the best course of action for your specific requirements and explain to you, in plain English, how to get there.  We aim to be available whether you need to get in early in the morning, during the day or even weeknight evenings after work once the kids are in bed. 

 A principle at Stack St Physio is to go the extra mile to support you as you get back to your goals.

Sports injury rehabilitation is one of our key priorities at Stack St Physio. This is an area where experience counts – we will hone in on the specific exercises you need and guide you through integrating these with your training or other needs. We have a small training gym onsite where we will coach you through your program as well as access to a fully equipped gym at our satellite clinic at Avada Crossfit. You will be welcome and encouraged to use our rehabilitation equipment to help get you back to your best.

Rehabilitation is about coaching and guiding you to maximise your gains - and come back a better athlete, be it weekend warrior or international level competition. We use TrackActive, some of the best exercise prescription software out there, to provide your exercise programs on an easy to use app, which also allows us to track your progress from the clinic. 


In a professional sports environment, the physio is lucky enough to be able to have control over all elements of an athlete's programme, and supervise the process. For the everyday person, there are barriers to that. We want to be able to break down some of the barriers - need some specific advice on your gym programme? Let's do a session at your gym. Not sure how to return to running after a muscle or ligament injury? We can coach you through that field session. Think your team needs injury prevention strategies at the start of a season? We'd love to put something together for you! Stack St Physio aims to be an innovative and adaptable practice.
