We are very lucky to have Linda Spagnolo, an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist, presenting this workshop!

This workshop will focus on a combination of flexibility and strengthening exercises for your back and hips that can be done easily and anywhere. A few simple additions to your day that will help improve and maintain the health of your spine into the future.

Improving the flexibility around your back and hips can have a big impact on how you feel day to day. It can help you feel less tired and use less effort doing activities throughout your day. Additionally creating good strength through a good range of motion promotes your resilience to physical stress and loads, be that walking the dog, getting through your gym session or running 10km.

Linda will take you through a few key stretches and some simple exercises to achieve improved spine health. It doesn't take a lot of equipment or a lot of time. Come and find out how easy it is for you to achieve a long lasting, healthy back.
