Date: Wednesday 17th October @ 7pm

Venue: STACKWOOD (corner Stack St and Wood St, Fremantle)

In this one hour workshop, experienced physiotherapist Ben Mather will take you through how to roll, trigger point, stretch and move from head to toe - learn how to relieve pain and mobilise your body. You will learn:

  • how to safely and effectively use a trigger ball and a foam roller

  • what you should use, where and how

  • why you would foam roll or trigger, and why when you do it matters

  • how self-mobilisation works for pain relief and mobility, and the sorts of problems and conditions it can help with

Best of all, you get a chance to ask Ben any burning questions in a dynamic and interactive session!

Your registration includes

  • the one hour workshop

  • a smooth, lacrosse-style trigger ball

  • and a take-home program with all the techniques that you will learn on the workshop

*PLEASE NOTE - this registration assumes you will be bringing your own foam roller. If you do not have one, please choose the combo registration, and we will bring your new tools on the day! All participants need to bring their own yoga mat.
